Key Objectives:

  • To develop and establish a strategic plan across all internal divisions with a clear framework of implementation.
  •  Increase and generate revenues through generation and conversion of leads for internal divisions and external businesses.
  •  Oversee and control all marketing channels spending and budget.
  • Develop and produce a high standard video content to best showcase all internal divisions within Hamilton Aquatics and ESM.

You will be responsible in maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and create new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.

Support the Events division with projects ranging from helping to plan, organise and execute events from behind the scenes to assisting with pre on-site and post-event delivery.

Key Objectives:

  • Uplift the event services and offerings, contribute new event ideas
  • Research markets to identify opportunities for additional general and corporate events
  • Lead on administrative aspects of corporate events e.g liaising with clients, vendors, facilities, suppliers, creating quotes & budgets and drawing up contracts
  • Liaise with client to understand their brief. Be the point of contact for all client communication and respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Build, develop, and grow any new and retaining client relationships
  • Support the delivery of all the Dubai Schools Games events & Hamilton Aquatics events
  • Support the events division with other events and projects as and when Events Manager directs
